He's not wrong. This video was honest, to the point. and explained itself clearly. I feel like it's poor quality, but it really isn't, and nobody should complain, because he's telling the truth

It seems like there are so many things that vie for our attention... Climate change, Co*id1984, racism, women's rights, transgender rights, 1st and 2nd Amendment rights, and on and on. But what I find hard to understand is why there is not an announced cure for cancer. Yeah I know that it is a complicated subject, but why aren't we doing so much more to cure it? Look at all the resources that we throw at other things, some of which I've listed above. Honestly I'm not convinced that the powers that be are working as hard as they would have us believe to deliver us a cure. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if a cure has already been discovered.
